how about adding 2 more picture lines right on top of the first(black), each with a gap between and different color blend, like pink, purple or sth that blends well with general blue background

heres some suggestions:
theres a little texture on the blue background but maybe play with making it even more apparent? like up the contrast or replace it with a crunchier texture
make the stars into black and white to match with the black and white photos
this would require a little more work but maybe make each illustration/image part of that scrapbook feel by placing them on different "pieces of paper" and pasting them on top of one another. like big sabrina image could be one scrap with her name + playlist on another scrap glued or taped on top. you'd have to place these at more of an angle too to make it more realistic
or just "rip" a corner off to reveal more of that black and white
the texture on the background is just noise. Do you have any textures you recommend?
just go on google and search up crumply or old paper then use a low opacity and a blending mode like multiply.
