Below is the reason why I have rated this design a 6.5/10 . Hope it makes sense @feral spoke

First of all the Red Neon typeface looks very attractive and does connects with the Spiderman's costume color.

Improvement:

  1. The Yellow sprinkle effect is not working with the movie's theme so instead you could the textured lines of the spiderweb

  2. Instead of showing the whole of Spiderman why not just show the mask and could place it behind the title "Spiderman"

  3. The text at the bottom are too close to the bottom margin so might want to increase the space
