Basically, these are my ideas, either use a icon to indicate sorting capabilities, or have tabs. This table is part of a drawer component. Any tips?

I think the icon is way better but maybe have it for each table column header too, say if the user just wants to sort by Product Type and not Product Name.

The library we're using for the table makes the arrow appear when the user clicks to sort and shows the sorting direction, so for this case, this would happen:
