Hi, I'm a designer who is looking for a new job but seriously struggling to get any responses back from my applications. Can anyone please give me some feedback on my resume? I am applying for graphic design, visual design, digital design, and/or brand design jobs. I'm not sure if the color is too risky or looks bad. I've gotten complimented on my resume from an interviewer before but I didn't get that job.

Hi! The āask me about ā is so interesting! Iām going to steal this idea lol if thatās ok
Overall clean resume. Iād made the spacing between each sections bigger (where itās highlighted) to give it more breathing space. You can make the text slightly smaller too so thereās space
Iād also put the orange orb next to your name, instead of top right as it looks random
Otherwise looks good
Thank you! I appreciate it
No worries, if youāre not getting responses itās unlikely because of your resume. Not sure how your portfolio looks?
hi! i think you resume looks very visually appealing. however, you might be getting screened out if the company uses an ATS to scan resumes, so it's probably safest to just keep a traditional one column look.
also very nit-picky, but other people have told me before that for current roles you should use present tense (not sure if that actually matters though)
the screenshot is from https://resumeworded.com/google-docs-resume-templates and pretty much everyone in my college formats their resume like that
