Looks really good @kind aspen !

I like the way the headers have been styled in all caps. Highlighting some words in the paragraph is a nice idea, as it helps readers quickly understand the overall content.

I felt that the tracking in some areas is a bit too much
Why not style the focal point and hierarchy paragraphs in two columns?

This looks much better, but I find the paragraph spacing to be a bit tight. Also, could you reduce the tracking a bit more?

paragraph spacing means vertical distance between paragraphs, you mean the width of the column was too low?
