I think I could say that your design layout are quite nice. it's pretty neat. but maybe for the grid, you could improve by gave some consistency

also if you could, please provide better resolution of image, so me and other could get more context from your design

I myself, would align this to the right side:

And maybe align the address only to the left side.

So adress left and contact information right.

This could use a little bit less line height.

If your goal is to grab as much attention as possible, consider using something more noticeable. I think target audience is probably 30+ and they will probably skip past the arrow. Consider making it stand out more or increasing size a little.

I would also add a footer to the site.

This is just my opinion; others might have a different perspective on this design.
