#Feedback and Support is Appreciated

Hi @narrow thicket, I was going through you case study. I have some feedback for you. In your problem statement, it would be helpful to add more clarity about which types of apps the students are struggling with. Are they educational, entertainment, social media, or something else?
Also, when discussing the age range of users (13-55 years), it might be better to split them into smaller groups. For example, there are different needs for school students, college students, and working professionals. By understanding their specific needs and pain points, you can better address the problems faced by each group. This will help you focus on a particular category of users and understand which group will benefit the most from your product.
To achieve this, you could engage with people from each group and conduct research. This approach will enable you to develop a product that is truly valuable to its primary users.
In case if you are looking for detailed feedback we can connect on meet to discuss about your case study.
oh hello, thank you so much for this feedback
I appreciate this
the age range sure is a bit wide to generalize but I simply didn't have enough people of higher age to interview when I was going thorugh it
it can surely be more divided and more tailored to each age groups that's the thing I want for my future projects for sure
and regarding the problem statement, it's all the apps that a student needs to survive school like teams, whatsapp, meet, some online school web portal and so on
I tried to keep the problem statement less specific and not include any names in it so the reader can add his own meaning to this
the apps I mean
uh you mean google meet?
