overall color combination looks good and i like the way you communicate with user, i think this is like a portfolio app or site right? for those site communicating with user is important so it works well
but design needs some changes, fonts are too big as well i'm not able to identify what is title, label and text by just seeing i have to read it, and i believe that's not good so change that and add font weight if available on this font (but i'm not sure if weight will look good with this font anyways you can try)
it would be better if "I need help with" input is text area because sometimes that text can be long, so make it responsive so it will increase height according to how much user type and of course add max height as well (we don't want it to take whole screen haha) if it's already responsive then it's ok
