What do you think???

here is feedback from one who has an MSc in interaction design

#Emphasize phase

  • the user research section is thorough and the cascading validation -> prioritization -> market research sequence.
  • its not that obvious how you ended up with your goals statements for this case study. see, after you've done the emphasizing (user research and personas) you move directly to a hybrid ideation/prototype phase where you start with your flow maps. you should make it more explicit how you ended up with your two general goals

#Ideation phase

  • Moodboard: your moodboard approach is very cold and wireframeish' and doesn't elicit any mood or emotion. throw in some pictures of stranded cars/busses, or lines of people waiting for public transport maybe

#Prototype phase

  • this is great with the sequence of how you moved from paper mockups-> lo-fi-> hi-fi. in my opinion, at least the hi-fi mockups and brand identity should be themed under the header of prototyping and not Ideation

#Testing phase

  • this phase is completely omitted in your project. I dont know if you forgot to display it here or if you didn't do it - but user testing is an imperative part of the design process and should never omitted.

#General about the visual presentation:

  • better differentiation between header text and list/paragraph (e.g., Tools used -> figma...)
  • the Header of each section is misaligned negatively influencing legibility (ikw this is a conscious choice you made but it looks ugly)
  • you have a couple of typos which is unfortunate as it neglects the professionality of your project as a whole.

Hi @cinder gazelle, thank you for this. I greatly appreciate this & would work on all you've mentioned immediately.

Would you perhaps be willing to take a look at another of my case studies?

Once again, thank you for this.
