Wanted some constructive feedback. I am trying a bunch of ideas and want the pros and cons and more ideas if possible. I have a limited bandwidth for this though so what I have at the end is what I will go with.

I like style 1 a lot more
its good overall, but the text is not legible against the bright image (1st image), also instead of repeating the name twice just replace the text with the logo (2nd image) also try to add a nav bar.
