Thanks Liz! Standardizing compensation is something we want to do - currently hitting up against some Discord limitations where modals can have up to 5 text fields (only text).

On a similar note, do you think compensation should be required for the job posters?

@leaden cobalt Is it possible to also rename the comp field as Compensation/Budget? Because the former to me seems more fixed (as in for a full-time role), whereas the latter would seem open to negotiation, which is what I'd assume would be the case for a freelance project. Not a major thing though!
