I had a similar interview process. My company has the whole process written down on their website though (sorta like a FAQ in the job section) - maybe check if yours has something similar?

If I remember correctly, my first step was getting to know each other and asking questions, the second was a couple of assignments and the third was a "culture fit interview" with the business owner. Try not to stress too much and good luck!

It isn’t stated unfortunately:( I can only remember what was said during the first job interview to get to know each other! Like you said, we have indeed (had) a very similar process! I got the second interview after making a successful test assignments and now it will be about my personality and will have to make a test, perhaps it will be that and discussion the choices? The third interview will be with the CEO. So again, very similar!

I’m so afraid cause I was so well prepared for the first one that it might be the other way around now, but will just prepare, write down my choice and not think too much like you said 🙏

I think there's not much preparation you can do. Ask the questions you have and be ready to talk a little about yourself. The personality thing was sorta like an MBTI-test for me, no preparation needed and during the last session I told them a bit about my views, values, and the work I'm proud of. You'll do just fine, I'm sure!
