the ui visuals look consistent, but i need to know more about this project and your goals to give more feedback

#
  1. are you trying to showcase more of your ux or ui skills with this case study?
#
  1. is this a 0-1 solution i.e. built from scratch, or you redesigning an existing app?

the UI part is ok, but the UX part is lacking, especially in research and testing

#
  1. for example, how did you come up with the 2 personas?
if you conducted user interviews and/or surveys, then you should briefly mention that before showing your personas

Also, from the personas alone, it's hard to tell which specific problems you want to solve
(at this state in the case study, we typically use How Might We statements to guide us on brainstorming for ideas)

#
  1. I can't tell how your mockups demonstrate how you solve the pain points that your users face

E.g. for the novice crypto user, their pain point is they find crypto wallets confusing and complex to use
In that case, how do you mockups show how you make it simple and easy for your novice users to keep track of stuff for their crypto wallets?

#
  1. There's nothing to indicate whether your work is effective at solving the pain points of your users

I would expect to see:
a) how you'd test your designs with users
b) how you'd access whether your designs are effective or not e.g. KPIs like time on task and task error rate if your goal is to make a process more convenient for a user
c) results of your test e.g. we helped users reduce time spent on budgeting by 76%

That's important because it demonstrates that your designs have impact i.e. your designs don't just look pretty, but also solve the needs of your users

#

TLDR; key things to improve your case study:

a) (briefly) outline your research goals, methods before stating your research insights (which can be user personas along with other standalone observations)
b) specify the problems you want to solve with How Might We statements
c) show how you validate your design with user testing and results

Also, so here are some resources for your reference:

  3. Example of how research and testing is demonstrated in a UX case study: https://www.chesterinmotion.com/airasia-grocer-mobile-website/

Constructing how-might-we questions generates creative solutions while keeping teams focused on the right problems to solve.
