While running Standard Max Lair 2.0 around 60 times for Xerneas, I encountered a route that seemed to have a very high win rate. I manually stopped the automation and reset the game myself.

After that, I tried switching to the Strong Boss routine. The first cycle completed correctly, but when the second cycle started, an issue occurred.

Specifically, right after talking to the researcher—but before the slot 1/2/3 options appeared—the program reset the game again by itself.

The Strong Boss version of Max Lair is supposed to reset the game to keep a path, if your winrate is higher than the threshold you set.

Did an error show up in the program window ?

And which program version is this?

For some reason your Switch/game is extremely slow to respond to the button presses. Can you post a video of it doing this?

#

It takes almost a minute of pressing A before it finally sees the pay ore menu. That's far too slow. It usually only takes a few seconds. So something is wrong.

It reset because it reached 50 A presses without seeing the lobby. In other words, it gave up after 50 presses.

It shouldn't take more than 10-15 A presses to get there. So something is wrong.

# glacial rose this is the main problem

Wow your game took more than a minute to load. That's far too slow. I assume you are playing a digital game and your SD card is extremely slow.

Move the game into the Switch's internal memory.

The program doesn't expect it to take that long to load. So most of the 50 A button presses happen before the game is even loaded. Then there aren't enough A presses left to enter the lobby. That's why it keeps giving up.
