I suggest adding ways for certain pois to be friendly to solo raiders allowing them to join certain factions if they represent the factions uniform. Ie representing raiders in would allow the astroid mine ai to be friendly to you. If you damage the ai while in this state they will become hostile to you until end of raid.

If your in a clan and want to represent your clan make weekly quests that put clans head to head for an end week reward. Not always involving kills on players or ai. An example you could do is have a weekly event trader that you sell to and if you clan exceedes a threathold everyone is rewarded with an in game reward gear achievements on your account uniform patches ect.

For solo events you could make small quest lines that reward you for killing players inside of the faction you represent.

I think there's definitely a good base for something here, and would always love to see more encouragement for RP in the game. I do think that there should be other triggers in leves for NPC hostility though, like lockpicking doors or trying to crack the vault. Even if it's a raider location where being friends with the raiders would mean that cracking the vault would seemingly be encouraged, they could in-universe justify it as the other Raiders thinking you're trying to take all the loot for yourself.

Certain missions should also definitely trigger hostility, like deactivating cannons or sabotaging the commander's APC

The Solo and Guild events are good ideas, but the friendly bot idea ain't. That part would be too much of an advantage.
