💡 What is motivating this suggestion?
Since the implementation of the Bandit with his unique behavior (Plunder 1.0) I've been thinking about how to create more unique enemy types with unique behavior for the game. Like I made a suggestion about a grenade-throwing bot https://discord.com/channels/695304399303606395/1140687404144013382 but recently I stumbled upon the game "RoboCop: Rogue City" and that gave me a new idea for this type of suggestion. In the game there is an enemy type called the "Broadcaster" which calls in new enemies when you don't kill him in time and with a bit adjusting this could also work really well in Marauders as a bot who can spawn in new AI.

A new unique enemy called the "Broadcaster" with unique behavior and the style of a WW2 radio operator. A bot equipped with low tier/mid tier gear and a Radio Backpack. This AI as soon as it notices a player or a player shoots at it the Broadcaster will retreat like the Bandit but instead of running away forever a hidden countdown of about 15-20 seconds starts and when this countdown reaches 0 and the Broadcaster is still alive 4 bots will spawn near the Broadcaster and all 4 bots who just spawned in and the Broadcaster will counter attack the player together. (The images show the Broadcaster as a member of the Raider faction but he could be part of nearly any faction depending if you prefer a military or outlaw approach)

Really unique idea that could be seamlessly implemented for any faction depending on the cosmetics. Thumbs up from me.
I like it, and it reminds me of how the AI used to act in the Navy Outpost if you killed a bot that was linked to a squad - you would be rushed by 3+ SAS and if you weren't ready for it then hilarity would ensue.
Which faction would fit the Broadcaster best in your opinion?

The radio backpack would be his special loot item.

UA has the radio bag, but this seems like much more of a raider role. You wouldn't call for backup on Colony Cruiser, it's already there. You would if you were some juiced bandit trying to escape from the middle of nowhere though :P
when it comes to clipping it could be tricky to place it with armor, maybe make it the armor itself, hell maybe make a certain faction non hostile while wearing it like raiders or commandos
I'd love to see this for military bots only (CE commandos, UA Marines, SAS) - would fit thematically (military units having better comms/organisation than raiders) and would make fights with them more dangerous than raiders which makes perfect sense. Maybe the bots they spawn could come from nearby dedicated spawn areas/doorways, as though they're calling them from distant/inaccessible parts of the POIs?
I found a picture of a WW2 radio operator gas mask. This gas mask came with an integrated headset and microphone. What ya say this one as the head cosmetic?

Got another idea for the Broadcaster and I want your feedback.
This would only work when the Broadcaster would be part of the Raiders faction.
How about there is a 5-10% chance that the Broadcaster calls in 2 Raider Bosses (or 1 if you think 2 would be too much) instead of 4 Raiders?
