So listen, I totally get that there’s no map and we gotta figure it out, I like that. However, some of these quests are a little too obtuse. Figuring out where the dead navy officers report was was pretty excruciating and I ended up having to google. Although, the one that’s really bothering me is the Launch Codes for the planet killer. I checked the silo, the papers in the launch room, and the bridge, and there are papers or whatever in all of those places but none of them were it.

Here’s the ask:
Can we get the info on what the quest is regardless of having the active quest? That way I can at least know what it’s called when I get the quest next time. It’s pretty frustrating to look at all of these places that have a quest that’s not the one I have and not at least be given the information for what they are. Just give me the same pop-up that says what it is, and instead of saying “hold for x seconds” just say like “not current quest” or something.

And to get more info about the active quest just click on the "i" icon.

And if you wanna look up all quests here is the wiki page: https://marauders.fandom.com/wiki/Mission?so=search

You’re not getting it, but that’s ok.

Just some thoughts about this.

I think the logic is that if you aren't on the mission, for example the one for the tower officer's papers, then it's just a pile of papers and just another body so it's not important for you at all during the match. As such there's no reason it would or should be indicated as an important location.

If these locations had some kind of indicator to tell you it is used for a mission that you don't currently have then it might make it easier for players to learn. I can't really argue with you there, however I don't think that adding "not your current quest" to mission locations makes any sense given the way this game has been designed and how it does not hand out meta information like other games do. There are no glowing quest indicators and a system like this would basically tell you "this spot is important" without making you learn that for yourself- and this game does not do that. You get a text description of your objectives and have to figure it out. If you choose to use the Wiki or Google then that's up to you, but for those of us that enjoy figuring things out for ourselves we wouldn't want a system like this in the game.

It’s like text for an objective you’ve found but don’t have. You’re spending a lot of energy refuting something so simple.
