Swap Thompson Special with Mat-49 in K.A. Shop

💡 What is motivating this suggestion?
There are two thompsons available for purchase in the shop, but I think that having access to other SMGs, namely the Mat-49, would be better.
💡 What is your proposal?
Swapping the Thompson Special for the Mat-49 in the Kingdom Alliance shop. I don't see the point in selling a Thompson when the direct upgrade of a Thompson Special is also sold.

pretty sure thompson is simply an iconic gun for the UA and the KA made a silenced version for their special operations

Thompson is weaker than thompson special.

It is a different gun . . .

I am pretty sure the attatchments can be used on either . . .

Mat 49 is craftable with 2 craftable attatchments . . .

Mat-49 isn't craftable, the burst fire custom mat-49 is

the special is a bit too strong to be sold as a shop weapon and should be for vaults, if the k1 was removed for being too good then so should the special

• They are functionally similar, with the Special being silenced and thus objectively better at only a very marginal price increase. (granted no other muzzle attachments are provided to the base tommy)
• Mat 49 custom is craftable. Not the base Mat 49. The custom also does not accept Mat 49 attachments either. (and the custom variant is also an atrociously bad weapon in my opinion - but that's beside the point)

Seems like the dev would have a custom craft mat 49 that you cant put attatchments on . . .

Then have 2 craftable attatchments that you cant use on the gun . . . Then no npc mat 49 to buy

Have a look at the damage charts . . .

Thompson special is the strongest smg in BASE DAMAGE . . . But it is the WEAKEST rifle in BASE DAMAGE . . .

I see 10 rifles that are fully auto and stronger than the thompson special in BASE DAMAGE . . . 10 . . . So I see the thompson special as a mid tier gun . . .

Now a mid tier gun that you can unlock from doing a lot of hours of missions in raid to unlock? I do not see a problem . . . I see a reward for doing hours of missions . . . A reward that is not even in the same ball park as the rifles in game . . .

Best smg = 28 damage ; Which is the thompson special

Worst rifle in game = para rifle / stoner with base damage of 28

Best fully auto rifle = SVU dart gun with base damage of 40 . . . 40 . . . Not 28 . . . 40 . . .

If you want to talk about DPS . . . Again . . . Read the charts . . . There is actually 15 . . . Again, 15 . . . Guns that have more DPS than this gun . . . 15 . . . This is a mid tier gun with a big clip . . . Cant account for the attatchment on the thompson special as it is new to the game and is not on these charts . . . Regardless, this gun may . . . MAY have been jumped up to around 10th . . . So now its above mid tier . . . But still having 10 guns with more DPS . . .

MY SUGGESTION:

Dont remove the thompson special . . .

Just add the mat 49 to one of the NPC . . .

GENERAL SUGGESTION: Now that the game is formed . . . Have the devs set up polls and run polls for multiple decisions at a time . . . Before they change anything too big . . . Vote on it . . .

EXAMPLE:

Dev open a poll and ask: add mat 49 to one of the NPCs?

I kill STG-44, Full Kit K1, Bren, Full Kit SVT, Full Kit M16, and Full Kit Krasa users alllllll daaaaayyyyy with the Thompson Special, just because you have big damage doesn't mean anything.
