Similar stuff happened to me on Colony Cruiser. There should be some sort of command to get unstuck like /stuck or so to get free.

Next to the Sewer Airlock between the pipes with the valve and the railing. I jumped down from the top of the stairs and got stuck behind the railing. I eventually got out after 5 minutes by bugging myself out and crouch jumping.
