Foldable chest rigs

make armor rigs foldable, so you can take them out of raid without wearing them, they already take up a ton of space, And it is super lame to leave someone's baller armor behind

You used to be able to but the feature was temporarily removed due to it being buggy. Please look up your suggestion before making one as to not clog up the feed with duplicates 🙏

From what I have heard from other players who have played longer than I have, they were foldable. I cannot personally say so because I only really got into the game during the Red Baron update

i have never heard of that before honestly, though i started when early access did and i know some prolly were playing back when it was closed off, to my knowledge it's just that they want to take care of the glitch with storing them in general and I don't believe they ever looked into making em foldable, assuming they haven't then I would guess they would rather fix the bug one day rather than giving themselves more work by coming up with a work around like folding rigs

again though i dont know if that's true and i feel people are just talking about storing them in general since you could store rigs in bags before via a glitch that has been patched out

at one point they did allow rigs to be stored but removed that, i dont believe they ever made rigs foldable

From what I could tell via discord search, it was an alpha/beta feature. I personally feel like enough people have mentioned it being a thing to trust it,

In this video footage from a playtest from May 2022 you can see that the player is putting a Pouch Rig into his backpack without folding or so. I would say that Rigs were never foldable but as far as I heard SIG intends to make them storageable the same way it is with backpacks right now which we in the discord just interpreted as folding rigs.

ah kk, i knew about storing rigs in the past but never believed they were ever foldable, yeah hopefully the SIG guys can figure out what's causing those glitches and get em fixed

Rigs have never been foldable, you are correct, you could in the past put them inside of bags and containers but this led to duplication bugs and sometimes the rigs just ceasing to be. Them not being storable is a bandaid fix currently

They do need a storage mechanic / ability as the only way to carry them or collect them in raid is to wear them, not even mentioning how much space they take up in your storage to begin with
