Such as damaged spacecraft carriers similar to ones from the clone wars. Having you land your ship in it exchanging it for another (hopefully better) in a limited time before the ship crashes causing you and everything on the ship to be destroyed. And if you're lucky the storage could have supplies or goodies the previous owner had.

certain inraid tasks like "commandeer the CE Supply Ship" rewarding CE supply drops and other 10mm guns

yea I would like to see some more things like this. its a war and you only really see wounded ships or a few bot ships. I really think they should add more that can go on on maps like bots fighting each other. warzone type maps.

Or at least make it an option to have this type of event happen to you so those who don't want to deal with it can opt out. Honestly this would make the in game world feel more alive than it is already

I think that they should just make a more ship based combat mode with lots of npc ships involved, where its less of an event and more of the mission. where me and my freinds can load up an interceptor and shoot down 4- 10 ish ships and have a freind board to collect, while some people need to remain on the ships to protect it.
