Make a second shop in which you can buy amo and guns for money, but to balance them with the normal shop, they obviously need to be rather expensive

you can already get good gear now occasionally from the daily traders through trading coins etc. i am against being able to just buy any weapon any time, you should have to still find these in raids or kill other geared up marauders to use the best gear

Yeah, that’s why these weapons should be way more expensive than for example in the daily shop. It should be only used to buy a specific weapon, ammo or attachments because you need them, wanna try them or something else because you miss some materiales to craft stuff or can’t find at all.

expensive to you though might be cheap to someone else. loads of people have millions saved up. being able to find good loot in raids is what makes them exciting to go into. im always looking forward to getting more fal battle rifles and using them

i think if there was a player economy where people could trade with each other that might be better since then things would be priced fairly, but even so id rather that was not in the game

this would be a nice QoL change, the only difference right now is having to stockpile extra ammo

maybe even keep rifle ammo to normal merchants only but it's really annoying when I've let my 10mm ammo reserves deplete but still have a bunch of PPSHs stashed, or same for .45 or .32

like there's no benefit or interesting gameplay to "you have to wait to buy the ammo you want or use a different gun, and or remember to do your ammo shopping to keep a stash in reserve" when it's always available from a given merchant

i thought this post was asking to buy everything in game from shops, like buying panzer or stgs from trader lol
