Shotguns don’t have damage falloff, nothing does.
The terminator is already the most underrated and scariest gun in the game
id rather have the terminator as a seconday than an smg.
Whenever I run trench gun or Jackhammer, I do fine against everything except long range SVT and STG headshots. Shotguns have pretty good range too
I just feel like the double barrel and liberator are negligible. If your peaking shotguns deal 0 damage

No one can reach their level without cheats, they’re too awesome.
But I do think that taking a liberator, even jackhammer, feels like I should’ve just taken a normal rifle
I have, I peak on them to avoid 1 taps
The lib needs a buff of some type, it's really weak atm and mogged by the double barrel (due to size)
Lib does 85 dmg per bullet and it's got 4 rounds
The Liberator is only good right now for basically the same thing as the sawed, blasting someone in the face at knife fighting range. And the sawed off does it just as well, for lower cost, less ammo, and a sidearm slot rather than a secondary slot.
The sawed off is also more common.
Liberator could use more pellets but with the same total damage to improve consistency.
This would make it worse against armour though
Shotguns are definitely something we keep a close eye on, monitoring how they perform
i think a lot of people havn't figured out how to use shotguns optimally. i would argue their true power comes when you use them as a secondary weapon, along with a rifle. been using shotguns like the trench gun and terminator a lot recently, and i find when i get into a peak a boo fight with a good player the shotguns are fantastic for taking pot shots, and getting back into cover and re engaging from another angle, much better than using a rifle if the person i am fighting is a good player and not exposing themselves often
