having traders sell medical items is a slippery slope because then you have everybody buying medkits after a certain point, and that fucks with the combat
the medical items in the game either need to be found or (in the case of the aid kit) crafted, so theyre a bit scarcer
a dude might have zero to four medkits, but if theyre sold theres no reason not to just bring like 10

One of the reasons i go into raids is going for Med-bay's
(For 70 Years...Supplies are rare because of the War that happened but we still can buy all the shit we need from our trusty Traders. )
