#add an item to boost your stamina

Or, learn to manage your stamina more effectively. I'm sorry, this is a problem I don't think I've ever run into, and I'm in the POI for the entire session.
As well as, with established stamina blockout, this would require coding counter to the established system, and potentially cause bloat.
managing stamina in a 1v4 when ur being perma pushed doesnt sound that simple to me. plus, its not a problem for u cuz u just dont fight, simple. most fights you run out of stamina rather quickly when outnumbered so maybe because u group with people, u dont encounter the issue.
I fight pretty frequently. I'm also a permanent solo player. I would suggest you bring more food in, learn what triggers the healing animations with them and what does, as well as maybe get some sense for when to engage versus when not to engage.
However, going on an attack and being rude isn't flattering, and doesn't do anything for your point.
wasnt being rude, wasnt trying to flatter, wasnt attacking in any way. Your playstyle is different than mine so you would not benefit from this at all. if it doesnt involve you then no need to put words in my mouth
However it does involve me, because no matter what, if this suggestion was implemented, I would have to find a way to counter it.
So, How would you implement this suggestion with the established stamina system, without it causing conflicting code issues?
can you really implement anything without it causing conflicting code issues? and counter a drugged up rusher? just manage ur stam bro and play angles not that hard
Dude, can you stop being so combative, it's just critical discussion, not the Allies deciding who gets what part of Germany after WW2. I'm out.
everything stated previously is relevant to the discussion though? we are having a debate, if youre too much of a snowflake for a joke once in a while you just need to grow up and accept that no one is right 100% of the time, if there even is a right side. get used to losing if youre like this
An item that restores all of your stamina would be nice. Hate being a perma Shift-W player and having to wait for stamina after already wiping the entire map. Like, everyone is dead. Just trying to go around the map now, and need to be able to run more than just 3 seconds. It's not even broken like passive skills that are leveld up like in Tarkov.
Having it be expensive or harder to craft or even only lootable from med box/bags would be an alright balance.
Or pick up some water, and crouch if raid is clear
If you still have issues with stamina....idk what you're even doing. I don't even use my bar three times when I'm headed to my airlock across the map and usually use 1 or 2 water per raid.
Wow. Check yourself. That's very disrespectful
it's not the fatigue, it's the total stamina. Not a big fan of running out of stamina when there's nothing to run for or from anymore. Just wanna sprint W
this is a typical loadout upon going in. so usually dont have trouble with the fatigue bars
I'd say its fine then and you are just impatient. The total bar is fine. Three full bars you can get to any pod on any map pretty much
maybe 5 total bars back to your ship if you're on the far side terraformer
ye, there are still plenty of options that can be added to curb that impatience, though. A stimulant like in Tarkov could be nice for people reaching endgame. It doesn't affect PVP and has almost 0 impact on the PVE combat.
maybe I missed it, but how would it not change pvp?
I still say its a stamina management issue on your part and this is a non-issue
because this issue only arises after everyone isdead. Haven't ever had any stamina issues during PVP since there areplenty of downtimes. It's after there's nothing to do but traverse the map and loot, when the problem showcases itself. It sounds like you've never wiped a lobby before.
don't get personal, i've cleared many raids, take the criticism of your suggestion and don't get snarky
If you've cleared many raids, then how have you never ran into the issue of having to crouch and sit constantly for stamina?
as i said, 3-5 uses of all your stamina can get you to any pod or bay, easy, as long as your route is good. Which is, what, 45 seconds to 1.5 minutes? Doesn't seem to be an issue
Personally just see it as unnecessary especially when there's absolutely nothing to do, and offering a solution that doesn't break the rogue-like element of the game unlike Tarkov with Endurance and Strength
crouching to get it back doesn't slow me down much. Never thought "Wow i need more stamina because this is taking forever"
well, go play tarkov then? I dont think the raids are nearly as large as tarkov and it is totally unneccesary here
Well, this might be one of those "because your experience is different-" topics then
Why? Why would you recommend playing Tarkov? You clearly do not understand the point. If this is how you're going to act in a discussion, then let's drop it before you end up being blocked.
You brought up tarkov repeatedly. As i said this is NOT tarkov and raids are maybe a quarter of the size or smaller. There is literally no point in needing extra stamina. Also: Raids don't ever "Clear". NPC's respawn.
So unless you're talking about capital ship where they don't respawn, and you can easily run end to end with one bar no problem, there isn't a stamina issue
like time yourself running from airlock to vault on each map. i'm curious how long it takes. Terraformer i'd say a minute and a half, tops. Prison maybe 2 minutes. Maybe.
Sounds like you're trying to be objective while being biased and subjective.
those are opposites. im basing it on relevant information of how large the raids are and how "Long of a wait" you are implying
Running from Spaceport vault to your docked ship is like what, 2 bars? If there's AI along the way, it could be more since it halts your stam regen while ADS
Maybe a simpler solution would be separating the ADS stam from running stam.
I think most simple solution is manage stamina. I literally have not ever been worried about stamina except when it interferes with holding a corner when ADS
have had plenty of encounters against AI where it's
- running all the way to ship
- oh AI, but low stamina so gun is swaying (really bad on SVT)
- welp, gonna crouch and not ADS and wait for some stam to stop swaying
that's the main issue.
So don't let it run totally out
stop at 25% so you can still ADS and dont have to crouch as long. Also just walking, not sprinting, you still recover
I don't say this a lot but i'm gonna say it now and leave this because I can tell you have dug your heels in. It is a bad suggestion and that's why it is downvoted more than double as much as upvoted.
so, Skill issue.
Yea, that's fine and all, but again, this is when the entire lobby is wiped. And since you're trying to be such a bitch about it, here's a block. It sounds like you've never experienced high level gameplay or even cleared a lobby yourself :/ Sucks to suck.
It really is pathetic to see people immediately go to name calling since they feel inferior by someone of a higher caliber.
Wow, strong words for someone disagreeing with you. Sorry you have such a skill issue managing stamina.
I didn't name call. You did.
Also said leave me out of it and you tagged me. Touch grass
I don't take any food on raids and just scrounge what I can find and I never had issues with stamina
