We use the User Role Editor plugin on many of our WP sites. It would be very helpful to set user limits based on custom roles and permissions. Any plans? Anyone else like the idea?

This is already doable with the simple code snippet for credits which assigns max limits per role
I did that on my website and in order to reset it each month I use a hook which updates when subscription updates/renews/starts/ends

Sorry to never have responded to this. Only one year old right? LOL
I still have the same issue believe or not. I use URE to set custom user roles and would like to set the limits based on the custom roles but I may need to create a plugin for this I believe.

It should completely override anything set in the console, right?

Not sure what you mean by console, maybe limits settings? It overwrites the part about the user limits
