I kinda just need to find what key it's in for the solo but with how fast the chords change I can't really tell (Also I've not really done a solo before)

I set your song up for the most part with a simple repeating melody that you can solo over. It should be easy to pick up on I hope :)

Start with barebones first, Drums, Guitar, Bass. Once you solidify your main sounds, start adding background sounds and minute details and refine from there. If you struggle to play a melody take any chord and play the individual strings in whatever order or rhythm you desire (also do make sure you play with a click when recording so playback is seamless and repeatable)

yeah, I'm gonna be honest I probably should've thought of that, also I'm gonna restructure the drums and the bass the best I can so I can get a more rock like feel
