#Plugin sometimes works and sometimes doesn't on Paper 1.21.4

Hello, I installed the MTVehicles plugin on my server (16GB RAM, 6-core CPU) running Paper 1.21.4. I'm experiencing many issues: sometimes the vehicles stop working randomly, and other times the entire plugin stops functioning, requiring a /reload. After reloading, I get the error shown in the attached screenshot. Now the plugin doesn’t work at all.
How can I fix these problems?

Okay your plugin is disabled. In server startup there should be an error explaining why

now it works but sometimes it doesn't but then after a while it also gives me other problems like this when I modify a vehicle for example this bike

here and when I try to piss a car on which I have increased the speed a bit

it include some fix on previous PR, like the edit, and with some testing there is no bug for me in 1.21.4 on paper even if i spam reload

the plugin lags, the server is made up of 16gb of ram and 6 cores so it's a great server, is there a concrete solution?
