Disable "AutoUpdate" and it should not apply the Kohls Admin Icon by default if you changed the image now

You deleted your original message so I can only assume you figured this out.

Ultimately, you cannot have the logo persist when new updates are applied. So whenever a new update is out, you’ll have to re-apply the change or disable auto updates.
