how to block a certain give tool, but not block the ;give command for the moderator role???

Add _K_Ignore tag to the tool and give command will ignore it

So by adding that tag, is it only the moderators who can't give that tool? Or all roles that can't give the tool?

all roles, there's no way to prevent a tool per role at the moment

you might want to create a custom command that gives the tool instead, and give this new command to higher roles

I'll look into adding a _K_IgnoreRank attribute to restrict what rank and under can't give the tool with the give command

Another suggestion is possibly removing the Moderator from your team?
