Eg: :bring is allowed for a group with ID 123 and the rank ID is 456.
But they are only allowed that.

You can restrict the bring command to a higher role and then give those ranks that role, with KAI restricting commands to a custom group isn't possible but it would be possible with the new admin I'm working on.
