Not very familiar with Anycubic, but...probably faulty. I wish you luck if you try to contact their customer service team though; unless they've improved since last I heard, they're...not great. :/

I've read about a different printer with a similar issue. Are you in a country with 115V mains or 230V?
the printer has a switch on the back and i can switch it between 115 and 230
i just learned this actually, i just flipped it im going to see if that works

It's the same in the whole country basically.
its been on 230 this whole time so perhaps its been short circuiting or something
probably tries to apply 230 but gets cut off cause my power is 115

Not a short circuit just expecting to be feed 230V and only getting 115V so it's under powered.
