everything is plugged in correctly, the firmware is up to date and im not sure if the screen is up to date, i can see models when i press print, when i select a model and actually try to print it the screen goes black and nothing prints, the device doesnt even move, faulty product? or just a bug?

Not very familiar with Anycubic, but...probably faulty. I wish you luck if you try to contact their customer service team though; unless they've improved since last I heard, they're...not great. :/

I've read about a different printer with a similar issue. Are you in a country with 115V mains or 230V?

If you have 230 and flip to 115 you will fry it

its been on 230 this whole time so perhaps its been short circuiting or something

#

probably tries to apply 230 but gets cut off cause my power is 115

#

i can see that

Not a short circuit just expecting to be feed 230V and only getting 115V so it's under powered.
