In my opinion, self-hosting is always the best option 🙂
(It gives you 100% freedom)

Some kind of secondary device without much power?

The most important thing for a web server is really just 24/7 online time.
It doesn't need components like a gaming PC.

Otherwise, if you're just saying, "Hey, I just want to host,"

Netlify (or something similar) is a well-known free hosting provider.

My pc ain’t a gaming lc tbh it’s a hp elite desk 800 g1 sff with a wifi adapter

The components are perfectly adequate for self-hosting. The device just needs to be on 24/7 and have an internet connection.

If you don't want to or can't do that,

go for the hosting alternative 😉

The provider will give you a free subdomain if you don't have one available.
