I got a couple questions about c++

What is it used for?

I've heard it's hard so should I learn it early?

Can it be used in a career in the future ?

I got a couple of questions about C++.

What can I do in it that I can't do in Python?

Also, I heard that in C++ you can control anything since it's low-level. Where can I use this control?

also i have been looking at arduino's they are pretty cool
is it better to program them in c++ or python , and why?

# zinc charm I got a couple questions about c++ What is it used for? I've heard it's hard ...

well put simply:

  1. It's used for a lot of things but especially 3D or intensive games as well as databases/OS dev along with pretty much anything that requires a lot of computational power, mainly because it's really fast (actually one of the fastest languages out there and that's why so much is made with it)

  2. Probably not, until you've got the basics of programming down, it really depends how early you want to learn it, C++ is a very difficult and unreadable language and it's not the most beginner friendly. I'd suggest something like python or even cs/java which are all much easier than C/C++

  3. Yes. It's incredibly useful and used in SO many things

  1. C++ is useful for low level applications, it's also a LOT faster than python so can be used for more intense applications with less performance issues

  2. In places such as OS developement, that's why a lot of OSes are made in C++

  3. I don't know much about Arduino but I'd probably say C++ mainly due to the fact that Arduino aren't that powerful and also C++ probably gives you a lot more control over them. it very much depends on your use case
