This model will run either 1,000 simulations or 10,000 simulations of every NBA game during regular season through the playoffs. It will tell me the projected score of the game and stats from players.

I would do it but this is outside of my expertise

I don't do heavy math this is above what i know how to do. Also you would need to factor in stats from NBA, teams, players and so on

I understand the logic but not how to implement it properly

You would need to factor in players, current, on the bench possiablity of getting hurt, stats 3 pointers layouts fouls, etc

I mean it wouldn't be hard to design something like this ( if you know what you are doing) but overall i won't do something i could make incorrectly
