Oh no I agree with you on releasing the DPS before the support. I just think Hiyuki was done a bit dirty being released on first phase, she'd have benefitted more from second phase release. As she is now people gunning for Denia and/or Chisa are gonna be very enticed to skip her. Which also indirectly does Lucilla dirty by making her much more enticing to skip as she likely won't have much use outside of being Hiyuki's support and will also have the ultimate competition from the Cyberpunk collab.
I know if Denia and Hiyuki were swapped in their banner position I'd 100% have saved for Hiyuki after grabbing Denia

how to i trigger the blue mode?
when you intro in, her basic attack button will have a blue border around it, just hold the attack button and she will got into frazzle support confession mode, at that time after she does enough attacks she will activate her enhanced blue attack, just hold down the attack button to use it. you can do that 2 times in total before she exits that mode
her skill will have a yellow border around it, hold that button down and she will intet dsp mode, and you basicly do the same than, just attack till the button turns yellow the to enhanced yellow attack
her enhanced blue will put lots of frazzle on the enemy
