I was just thinking, something I wish they would do with rover, they should do dual modes for his elements so that one mode will always be a general sub dps or support for that element. Not as good as a bis support, but still be usable to support that element if you skip or their bis support is not released yet

Hiyuki looks fun but similar to Sigrika they've kinda put her in an obscenely bad spot that pretty much makes her a "MUST skip". Glacio Chafe dps means she'll be handicapped until she gets her dedicated support which could be months after her. Anniversary banners to compete with, Denia to compete with, Cyberpunk collabs allegedly coming the patch after, possibly Lucilla as well.

if i miss denia, i will not be too conserned as i have aemeath rupture team plus no luuk for the denia strain team and can not use chisa on both teams at the same time, so denia is the most expendable for me since she is not needed for both teams to work and is more of a luxury pull. though i going to pull cause i want

True the rupture team is viable and should remain so even if the burst team ends up being massively superior. The big problem is the lack of a dedicated support, there's a decent chance you'll end up having to bench her for a while just like those of us who pulled Aemeath for the Fusion Burst team. Going for Hiyuki also has a high chance of leaving you unable to guarantee the banner-only collab characters.

There's a toggle in the upper left corner of the skills page to swap between the modes. You want Lynae+Mornye for Tune Rupture team, Denia+Chisa for Fusion Burst Team. Denia releases next patch so her Fusion Burst team is incomplete for a few more weeks

Well, I discovered you can pretty easily get another 10-12k point in endstate matrix by just using the trial character standard and 4 stars, I dont even know how ti use calcharo or lingyang, but 2 pug team with them and some 4 stars got me another 4k points havoc rover trial and randoms got another 2k points, even Lil yapyap with randoms squeaked out another 1k

I somewhat agree, but I also understand where some players may have been coming from; it's a red flag. At best it's an arbitrary restriction, at worst a sexist restriction, and it raises the question, if such a small side feature is negatively impacted by a stupid decision, then might bigger, more important features also be affected by other stupid decisions? This is why the quick dev response changing that small side feature, is so significant, cuz it shows they value the players' input and are open to criticism and suggestion. The devs just obtained a massive amount of goodwill with the playerbase.

Now if Kuro and Hoyo would listen to their players this well..

We are now not just needing 1.x characters, but also 2.0-2.2 characters are in dire need of return. Except for Phoebe who is now the first character to get three reruns

to build hype and less chances for people skipping banner for next characters reveal

remember these company are still a gacha company, they want chu to drain all ur saving on current banner then reveal wats next and makes u spend money there

Yup and its a double edged sword, I do sympathize that it's a no-win situation for them there. Reveal it early and they lose potential sales on banners before it, but reveal it last minute and lose potential sales from people who blew all their spending money recently and can't budget for it

But with old character reruns, especially when its been this long, I think revealing the plan for them is better to announce sooner than last minute. Those characters are heavily powercrept at this point so only the collectors mainly will go for them anyway

I mean most people who would go for those old characters at this point, are either whales who will also buy the newest characters too, or the sort of player that was gonna pass on the newest banner anyway and keep saving while hoping for that eventual old character rerun

Yeh Kuro at least has started giving us triple banners which helps, they just need to rotate in a bigger variety instead of rerunning Chisa every other patch
