That's easily explained away with a common used trope called Unreliable Narrator, we can safely assume that none of the memories of any of those three individuals can be taken at face value. I do agree it's rather weak and honestly I think it's unintended and they just aren't doublechecking their own lore to make sure it conflict with itself.

Personally I think Rerir's memories are the most likely to be the correct ones, we have been multiple times told that Dain's memory is very badly damaged and only getting worse over time, and the abyss sibling is still a very big suspicious question mark which puts their own memories into question as well.

A few npcs also reference Rover's experiences in Ragunna and Septimont, which only makes sense if we are in present day Lahai-Roi

I'm seeing cars and otehr destroyed buildings in Hualong in perfect condition in Lahai-roi

the car Enemies in Hualong somehow looking like the cars on teh highway in halai-roi

What does Rover's memories of their previous self, or having wiped them, have to do with npcs in Lahai-Roi directly referencing things Rover did in Ragunna and Septimont in 2.x? If Lahai-Roi is set in the past, how do you resolve those references?

As for the things like the ruins in Jinzhou, it's important to remember that Huanglong is on the surface, while the "perfect condition" areas of Lahai-Roi are all inside an artificial underground biome. More notably, present-day Jinzhou is directly visible ingame from the surface frostlands of Lahai-Roi; if you look out from the south end of the frostlands you can actually see the Norfall area as it is in the present(recall that the Ovathrax statue wasn't in that spot until the events of 1.0)

Let me be clear I'm not writing off your theory as wrong, I just think it's very farfetched. But even the most farfetched theories can end up being correct, and regardless I think it's an intriguing theory.

The void worm was fixated on us because it's a physical manifestation of Aleph-1, who is after our frequency. Which is why it's containment by Rover and Lynae greatly diminished the void storm, because the void storm is a direct effect of Aleph-1's influence(think of it as Aleph-1's version of Retroact Rain/Dark Tide). Rover's actions involving The Shaper, followed by the successful solar ceremoy thing with the help of Mornye, have diminished the void storm enough that we are now able to go to the surface. That's also likely why we can see Jinzhou from the surface, the void storm is mostly died down

Lahai roi is located deep underground below the roya frostland, not possible to be the other regions in another timeline

Roya area used to be a warm inhabitable region until the pole shifted and made it a frostland

I'll be fair and say that while criticism on how they do in the past years with graphics, I would like to point out that unlike ZZZ and HSR, Genshin is an open world game and still (not for long) on PS4 which kinda makes it hard to make high fidelity and density when you are being limitedby one of the platforms you release for. And yes I know you don't give a shit, but the platform is actually limiting what can be done in general. The mobile version of the game is quite limited even in WuWa case there are limitations with mobile and PS4 so it would be nice if people started taking that into consideration. Luckily Genshin is getting off PS4 soon and that will hopefully improve a few things.

UNITY has limitations that even UE4.2 has and that's ancient, sure you can modify an engine but that's just natural, I mean there's plenty of games that added a shit ton of features that became "default" later because of accessibility demands, however there's still things that thankfully Unity is not going to have over UE, features that even WuWa is showing without you even realising they are there being used cannot and never will be in Unity simply because of engine limitations and no it's not about adding a feature because that's what makes it different, there are things that simply make Unity unable to have what UE has but there's also plenty of things Unity has over UE.

3.1 alone have horrendous amount of stuttering lags and stuff (sick scene so tense... suddenly split sec saw model loading)

they been pushing hotfix back to back

and its been repeating since day 1 of the game not a single patch that goes live are clean

fixing it 1-2 week after patch drop doesn't mean anything cuz players who actually wanna play teh game already finished the story at first week so all dedicated players experience are bad

Mark all echoes that roll bad for discard, go to backpack, push the discard button, sort all echoes to show discarded first, select all the echoes you marks and discard them, you will get refunded back a percentage of your tubes and tuners back. This way you dont waste any exp lvling up echoes that roll bad substats. You will have way more tubes to use for lvling stuff this way and also why I never run out of tubes

Better to use backpack to discard than to use lvl 20 or 25 echos to lvl up another new echo be cause if new echo rolls 2 or 3 bad substats and no crit, all exp used beyond lvl 10 or 15 is will get even further reduced upon next echo you use to lvl uo

In the end, you are just throwing away and wasting exp by not backpack discarding
