False Sovereign's is super long telegraphed charge up, like 2 whole seconds

But the actual dodge window is super duper tiny and failure is instadeath that bypasses SK's death save

According to what I have seen so far on chisa builds, she does benefit well with attack and her weapon, so any 2 piece havoc, or lingering tunes, and early test showing she will do i tiny bit more damage with one havoc and on attack 3 cost. But I am waiting on more data cause early test have less data to make a conclusion and that attack bonus might have been an outlier

I do plan on using 2 piece midnight with one havoc and one attack 3 cost

The recommend is a havoc 2 piece with one havoc one attack 3 cost main stat because her low weapon base attack and her basics scales well with attack. You can still run double havoc 3 cost, but calcs are show she does about 1.3% more damage with one attack 3 cost

Eithr way looks like the set split is much less annoying here than with Galbrena since you can endlessly farm her main echo and it's a 4 cost so you can cleanly split the two sets as 3 cost and 1 cost, or one each 3 and 1 cost
