That's why I say it's a player issue not a Kuro issue. Zhezhi people outright slept on. Cantarella is more than serviceable for a bunch of teams, and the general playerbase won't have every character so it's more likely than not she would be a great addition to at least one team for most players.

As far as carlotta goes, their is a very simple rotation you can learn
You start with her on the field and skill 2 tines, swap while she is in the air, when you swap back in, use skill 2 times again and her enhanced heavy will be ready, use it then immediately follow with her liberation combo then follow up with her skill 2 times again and swap out while she is in the air or you can echo then swap out, your choice. You skill is a 2 part, the second part is the part that leaps to the enemy with iframes, you can swap as soon as she leaps and she will finish the atk while you next character is in intro

lets say they increase new boss HP by 4%, the entire possible upgrade with latest new gear and skills should be barely enough to cover that gap, instead most games do 20% HP increase and the gear/skill update is 40%, meaning once you get to that point you eitehr nerf yourself because teh game is to oeasy or ignore it because developers are lazy and don't care about balance

recomended to rebuild the bar first before swapping out so when she came back in, she can instantly start her enhance mode

her red bar full at 6 stack

Qiuyuan full forte skill gives 3 stacks, his liberations give 1 = 4 total

which is wat Galbrena missing
