this one is especially fun with taii wakeen, as it works as a damage multiplier
if I hit a creature for one, but my commander adds 9 for a total of 10 damage to a creature
the controller of the creature ends up taking 19 damage
this is especially fun when I use spells that hit each creature my opponents control for like 20 damage in one go

literally all you need is koma, and how do you get more koma? clones, specifically those where the copies aren't legendary
besides that, all you need is a ton of ramp to get koma out as early as you can consistently, and counterspells

he's one of the most toxic commanders like that, because even one is difficult to deal with
