Aizo is gonna like on of the capstone traits I have planned for cleric style chars , gets you to turn into an avatar of your God for a couple turns 
so apparantly, if you were to fight ilmater, he is between 36 and 42 CR depending on circumstances
he only fights unarmed(+ cleric spells) but his fists are considered +5 keen vorpal weapons, he takes no damage
from any instance of damage below 25, he is resistant to physical, fire, radiant and necrotic, and as a god, restores
all legendary resistances at the top of each round, as well as return his hit points to maximum possible at the top of each round

Multi classing will basically always out damage a build that goes "tall" because D&Ds scaling is very lopsided towards the first 5 levels in a class imo
that's not even a hot take, that's pretty well accepted
grave cleric has access to a feature called "path to the grave"
which gives a creature vulnerability to all damage, until the end of the cleric's next turn
at the meager cost of a single "channel divinity" action
either way, as long as xopah can keep "aura of vitality" running through fights, the bbeg fight surely won't be an issue

Because of the restriction on versatile , you can only have 1 point in the checks you use it on
But yeah in practice it might prove too strong
I'm just thinking that if I'm a social character then I would always want versitile because it's cheaper and gives me extra points in the stuff I want
I just noticed that i typed out the restriction wrong, what I mean is versatile always locks you into 1/4 in that particular skill
So yes you get an extra point but you're never scaling past that
The intention being for it to be used as filler to get you to stat breakpoints

not +2 points in diciplines determine the die you roll so with 2 you're rolling 2d10s instead of a d20 at one point or a single d10 at 0 
the + comes form your stat total and nothing else
but yeah the only thing i am conserned about is that crit on a 19 cuz if you go any higher than 2 points you're rolling with a total of 24 using 3d8s and 4d6

I'd say no, the UA version is too much better then other 4th lv combat spells
Compared to 3rd lv spells like fireball the base does less damage but gains incapacitate which imo is well worth it
compared to 4th lv spells it does less damage but has longer range and has incapacitate
the UA version would have it doing more damage and the incapacitate, it's just a little too much

As an action, a creature can light a stick of flash dynamite and throw it at a point up to 60 feet away. Each creature within 5 feet of that point must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw, taking 3d6 radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Creatures that fail the save are also blind for 5 turns.
A character can bind sticks of dynamite together so they explode at the same time. Each additional stick increases the damage by 1d6 (to a maximum of 10d6) and the burst radius by 5 feet (to a maximum of 20 feet).
Dynamite can be rigged with a longer fuse to explode after a set amount of time, usually 1 to 6 rounds. Roll initiative for the dynamite. After the set number of rounds goes by, the dynamite explodes on that initiative.

the traits of the zen archer, is that it turns the monk's standard melee abilities into ranged abilities
and utilizes wisdom for attacks instead of dexterity- also has traits as it levels that gives extreme aim and such

"performing" isn't locked down to a single type of performance
i was wanting a fae magic themed class and enchanter seems to fit the bill
with a few points in bard you'd have your performer
add some in acrobat and thats a magical dancer

btw you wont feel like excessive multiclassing takes away from power like it does in D&D , because as long as you meet the stat requirements you'll be able to pick up any ability in the class
