For me, it has nothing to do with the match or post-game, because I was going to play on day 3, which is the day it doesn't load.
When I press to continue, this message appears. If I send a message explaining what happened, I can't even press the continue button afterwards. If I cancel, the screen just keeps loading.

Is your problem loading the save file? Is it when you're trying to advance the days? Because it could be two things:
1- If it happens when you try to load your save file, delete it and create a new one!
2- If it's a problem when you go past the required days, then yes, it's a synchronization issue.
