Pls don't make the simulation longer with press conferences after every match and such boring stuff.

Press conferences and more media interactions are something we're interested in implementing after seeing quite a few suggestions on it 🙂

No bec skipping it would be still annoying.
You can make it like a feature the manger can enable in the settings and disable it whenever he wants
