Getting all Canadians but no Americans in my Youth Academy in MLS

I don't know if this is a bug, but I started a Create a Club save in Major League Soccer because I wanted to be a talent factory, especially for the US. Obviously, I picked MLS since most players you get from your youth academy will be from the country of the league you're at. I've upgraded my Youth academy to level 7 and I've gone through the first 2 sets of youth players. So far, I've only gotten Canadian players and not a single American. I don't mind getting a few Canadians but most of MLS is in the US and this is a new bug for SM26 because I did a similar Create a Club save in MLS for SM25 and this was not an issue.

Are you perhaps using Montreal, Vancouver or Toronto?

Not gonna lie, I later looked at the league and I noticed that Vancouver is not there, so I think my club took their spot. But that was the game that did that automatically, not me.
