so like they can block people from getting OP players in early rounds

first is picking players from neighbouring countries

player has to pick a player from a neighbouring country of the last player they picked, to prevent ppl from copying routes, when a country is taken, the same country cannot be taken in that turn

so for example

1st pick is mbappe (france), I can have lukaku as my 2nd pick bc belgium borders france

.

and my second suggestion is that each pick that a player picks must be a teammate of another pick (cannot be international)

for example

mbappe 1st
cortouis 2nd (teammate with mbappe)
john terry 3rd (teammate with cortouis)
hakimi 4th (teammate with mbappe)

The players that were in the last draft will be in the premier league and randomise the rest to the championship
10th 9th and 8th get relegated from the 1st division to the 2nd and the 1st 2nd and 3rd positions from the 2nd division go up

But the ones in the 2nd division should be a bit nerfed
