This game was a 15+10 rapid game that I played on chess.com today. I think that its something I can learn from if people are willing to give me some advice.
I don't really see how Nxg4 is a blunder, does anyone care to explain to me?
Is this a situation where the rook and the knight are worse than the queen?
Well what was your plan on 18.Ng5
It looks to me like you end up down the exchange for a pawn after simplifications

Nxg4 you mean? I thought this was a general plan when white plays that h3 g4 thing to kick out the bishop then you sack to keep the pin and open up the position.
As far as Ng5 than idk

Dubious for black yeah that's why Nxg4 was bad. I meant 18.Ng5 for white of course
