What is your chesstempo puzzle rating vs chess.com rapid/blitz rating

There isn't much out there on how much of a difference they have.
Personally I have 1400 chesstempo and 1555 cc rapid.

I was asking because I wanted to know if I have a high, low, or average chesstempo rating for my cc rapid

and I wanted to know what chesstempo rating that higher rated players usually have so that I can aim for that

not because I was insecure

it applys to me in real games
