You could join a clan who has their workshop boost on
I think its like 40% faster workshop production at max clan upgrade

The above are the only reasonable ways to do it. You can also convert components but it's so not worth the conversion rate. You can also buy the missing components for gold if you have lots of that. I wouldn't recommend for more than a 1000 components though cos of the cost.
