As many times as I try to do it I usually am 14-20k damage short, my build is a MK2 level 12 curie with a liodari and a fengbao, freezer drone damage counts and im using bifrost as my mothership, anyone have some advice on how to beat it?

The Damage is significantly reduced on non rocket weapons i believe. Also it might be because of the mothership choice

Use labrys or mace family weapons

Any rocket based weapons or ultimates as their damage is 50% more in extermination
Frozen scorn works well as it can wipe out hordes of the weaker spiders in one bit and do some damage to the tougher ones

Ive tried 5 times, 163 or 162, I always destroy 2 and play the third, yet nothing, nothing works

No i switched to the bagliore with 4x pilum
And also used the blaze hastatus with its weapons
